3D Point Cloud Curve Reconstruction.

We needed a way to reconstruct curves from 3D point clouds for a robotic welding project. There was a paper written in the 80s describing an algorithm. Undergraduate me took a crack at implementing it. It turned out ok! I think there’s a few bugs in it and it runs slowly - but overall it works fine.
